Help needed to file N325 warrant of possession via PCOL

Man reviewing tenant issue at desk with documents and laptop

Hi everyone, I got the possession order on 6th February and the tenant is ordered to leave by 20th Feb. I don’t think he will move out so I’m hoping to get the N325 ready and file it online via the Possession Claims Online (PCOL) process. However, I am unable to see any action available via my online portal to issue the ‘warrant of possession’.

Is it normal? Do I have to wait until after 20th Feb to be able to see that option become available? Is this a technical issue which I need to contact someone to update the actions? Who shall I contact?

Thank you for your time and help. I’m really stressed out with the bad tenant and hoping to get it done online so it can be a bit quicker.

Thanks,

Eddy

The whole process is against u.
I’m not the thickest person on the planet, but the whole process bamboozles me & is not at all user Friendly Plain English. It wears us down, beats us up, we pack up, the Judge & Govt & Shelter celebrate that they have got that tenant an extra few months.
We eventually get OUR property back. We pack up, sell, next tenant can’t get a house, homeless tax payer bill rockets. The spiral continues.
Make it easy for us, we’ll gladly give u a house next time. As it is, screw u, u make it too hard for me to get my property back, I’m not giving u one at all now.

I use Chris at PossessionFriend for my rare Section 21’s.

You have to wait until after the 20th. Then join another queue to get a Bailiff.
