We redesigned the Property118 website to improve Navigation, searching and the general user experience and went live last Friday.
Inevitably there will be a few Gremlins to deal with and we would really appreciate you help in terms of pointing these out to us.
Please leave comments below and rest assured that we take all user feedback very seriously and will do whatever we can to continue to improve your user experience.
Thanks in advance for your help.
All the best

New layout is great but when I click on the ‘latest comment’ link on the forums it doesn’t take you to the most recent comment posted on that topic as it used to but to the very start of the comments instead so you have to then go to the bottom of the page and click on the last page and then go to the bottom of that page to see the most recent? Small point but it does get irritating after a while sorry.

Hi Susan
Thanks for pointing that out and we will get onto fixing it ASAP. I appreciate that must be very frustrating so it will have a high priority on our list of bugs to fix

Please be more specific. What where you trying to do when you got an error message please?
We are aware there is a problem when trying to log in via Facebook, was it that?

I was trying to agree with the previous post about having to go through the whole thread to reach the latest comment. Also, why do I have to type in my email address twice? I am not on twitter or facebook so can’t log in that way. Got error messages at various points except, wouldn’t you know it?, my frustrating-venting last try!

Each time I have managed to actually post I am then taken to a page blank except for the heading “Your Acount” and told there has been a validation error. Please tell me what I am doing wrong.

I’m really sorry about that. I will get this looked into as a matter of priority.

It has just occurred to me, have you tried logging in?
We could have multiple issues either way because if you haven’t tried that we haven’t made it obvious enough and need to have a re-think. If you couldn’t see how to log in that’s another design problem. If you tried to log in but couldn’t that yet another issue.

Can only see buttons for logging in vis F/B or Twitter. I get a validation error message.

I reported this before too – a real pain as I tend to dip in to see the latest comments.
Generally I like the cleaner more modern look but it took a while to realise the forum was latest news. My first impression was there is a lot of advertising – especially from the NLA.
