I got my mother’s partner to pledge right at the death…

He has one rental house and it’s in Grantham of all places.

I find that a poetic touch!

I’m there to donate more and get this insane policy crushed since the budget I’ve thought of nothing else and put everything on hold all for a jumped up student who hasn’t got a clue.

I cannot believe it was signed off could be very very embarrassing if we win for a man who wants to run out country ?

Just emailed 20 estate agents and letting agents will continue with this.
If everyone could do the same in their area that would be great

    Don’t stop now everyone!

The Crowd-Funding site has already adjusted to take further pledges beyond the first £15’000 target, for funding of the additional costs associated with the judicial review:

    Let’s keep the momentum going!

    Hi Gareth,

Could you please advise, if total of £35000 is required or £15000 and then £35000 which equates to £50000.

As it is confusing as £15000 seems to form part of current percentage of £35000 which should be set aside separately if threshold target is £50000.

Chris, and Steve please shed some light?

The total target is £50,000 at the moment. There are effectively three stages which we know we can achieve, including drafting the detailed Legal Opinion, which will be carried out by a specialist barrister. The “Opinion” forms the basis for the next two steps, which is to issue a pre-action protocol letter to the Government, followed by an application to a judge to grant a Judicial Review. It may, or may not be granted, but we know for sure that we can take the campaign as far as the first three stages. If we are granted a Judicial Review by a judge, then we plan to start a new fund raising campaign for the Judicial Review.

Crucially, we did not wish to ask people to contribute funds past a stage where, we know we can say with certainty that, we can reach.

    Hope that helps, Chris.
