Selective licence let by agent which is proving very expensive for what i get

never really had problems only 2 episodes of ASB

I see this RRA as a prosecution of landlords Everything comes with financial threat

The impact of this is currently been felt by prospective renters and it has not commenced yet

Watch homelessness rise we are back to the 70"s
