It’s only a matter of time before the authorities force LLs who have vacant property over a certain length of time are forced to take in tenants! Also, any property the authorities consider is then not up scratch the LL...
If it all goes horribly wrong then it’s the LLs problem not the government, end of story. The only previous LLs reference I might take is to see their bank statements to prove rent’s paid and that ain’t gonna happen!
