Well said.Landlords now have to fight back the best they can as they are being tied up in knots.Can't do this , cant do that, every way they turn. I can appreciate why tenants do not want to complain about...

Which might be cheaper than having constant complaints from your future tenants.As Ian says though if it's a BTL mortgage you "shouldn't" be living in the property yourself.I said "shouldn't".

Summed up nicely.Why is it Social Housing landlords are exempt from any financial or other action.These are exactly the landlords causing the most problems,.Nothing will have changed for these tenants following the RRA. A scandal.
