My new freeholder has inherited permission to build two storeys on my top floor flat and the building insurance he has arranged has no cover if the flat becomes uninhabitable which the building works are bound to cause e.g. floods....
Please give a similar video on the hurdles for developers and for leaseholders on permitted development rights for erecting two storeys of flats on an existing block of flats that is 4 storeys high.

I had the identical problem and Solved it the same way as Graham. Gas pipe rerouted and then oven fitted without problems.
