Bio

I am an ex motor engineer who had his own business up to 2012, when I sold out to my business partner. My wife had her own convenience store with her now ex personal partner and they were in the fortunate position to purchase the freehold, when the time came she acquired the freehold. Because of this and as we own our own residential property we decide that the best way top go was to start buying some properties to rent out. Over the years we have bought 7 properties . We have sold one a few years ago and are now in the position of selling off 3 more. We feel that with all the tax's, rules etc. now is the time to downsize. We enjoy cruising so it will give us more time to enjoy life before it's too late, who knows what is around the corner!
