I agree with you Yvonne. How have you approached the guarantor situation .. it gets awkward getting potential guarantors to commit to potentially underwriting people other than their son/daughter etc?

With respect I think the way you talk of rental goals is pointless. Surely we all want as much rent as possible. But the market will only tolerate certain levels .. it doesn’t care what a landlord’s goals are or...

Under the new rules what happens if there is an AST in place and just one tenant ( say one of 3 ) gives notice to leave? If the other 2 wish to continue then they are of course liable...
