Aldermore’s new proposition helps a portfolio landlord to refinance, cut remortgaging costs, simplify the Direct Debit management and manage the LTV across all assets.

Submitting multi property buy to let portfolios on one application is ideal for individual and company landlords who want the convenience of managing their portfolio on one mortgage account.

Up to 30 properties can be included in this one arrangement. Lending to SPVs and trading companies helps property professionals structure their businesses in a flexible way.

Case study example:

If you are remortgaging 10 BTL’s and paying the typical lenders arrangement fee of 3% per property, and using an example mortgage amount of £200,000 each, that’s a total of (3%x £200,000) x 10 = £60,000 in lenders fees alone!
