Investing in Liverpool city centre L1 to L8?
Hi I am looking to buy a new built off plan property in Liverpool City Centre. It’s all looking very lucrative, but I have no clue about area. ![]()
Research shows that Liverpool has high rental yields and good capital growth. There is of course a big regeneration plan in action. If there is anybody from Liverpool or anybody in the know, please could you advise mean which postcodes From L1 to L8 would make a good investment for BLT.
I am looking at a new built in L8 which is Toxeth and has a bit of a chequered history, but is under regeneration now.
Any advise much appreciated. Thank you in advance.

Have you considered sub-letting to a Serviced Accommodation operator? Guaranteed rent and the operator undertakes to ensure a high level of maintenance. You get no hassle rent and they get an opportunity to service the visitor economy by letting for short stays. No parties, no stags etc.

Hi, Give me a bell to the office and we can advise. We are currently acting on a number of PRS schemes, so can advise if it is viable.
