Norfolk Property Network – Wednesday 21st October 2015
I will be delivering an informal presentation at The Oaklands Hotel in Norwich tonight (Wednesday 21st October 2015) for the Norfolk Property Network. ![]()
My presentation is entitled “Constant Change Is Here To Stay”.
It will be an interactive session with plenty of opportunities for group debate and Q&A’s.
The key focus will be on changes to landlord tax legislation and the associated opportunities and threats which all landlords need to familiarise themselves with sooner rather than later.
We will discuss tax planning strategies, the best way to sell a tenanted property and have some light hearted fun mixed in too.
The event will commence at 7pm and will go on until around 9pm followed by drinks and further networking opportunities in the bar.
41 landlords in the Norfolk area have already booked and there is still space available if you would like to attend.
I will be asking all attendees to post their thoughts on this page after the event so please feel free to sign up to this thread to follow the discussion. You can do that by leaving a comment or by adding your name and email address at the bottom of this article and then clicking on the green button.

All the best

Hi CaZ
This was just a favour to a Consultancy client of mine.
There is no commercial agenda and I have no plans to take it on the road. That said, I do agree to speak at various events when time permits. I am also booked in to speak at the Scottish National Landlords Day in Edinburgh next week.

Fantastic presentation last night Mark…. So pleased I made the journey over from King’s Lynn.
You certainly have a wealth of knowledge relating to the property industry and your explanation of the tax changes coming into force in 2017, made it really easy to understand.
Many thanks and hope to cross paths with you in the future…. Cheers
