Book recommendation to learn about block management please anybody?

Six flat owners own the freehold. I’m the managing director. I want to manage the block professionally, but can’t find a current book on block management.

Please can anyone suggest one?

I don’t want to employ an agent.

You may be able to down load the Rics code of practice foc – if not let me know I can send it.
I have listed two books and if you are going to manage a block it is worth having more than one book to refer to.
Also use the “Lease” web site for some general reading and more detailed problems.

The Association of Residential Managing Agents run a course called Introduction to Residential Property Management.
