Rental taxation query
I have six rental properties, three in the UK and one each in Australia, France and Spain, producing a net income of around £40,000. Does anyone know if there would be any tax advantages by setting up a company to operate these? ![]()

Robert

Hi Robert
With the international aspect of this query I recommend you speak to a tax specialist. Here’s a link to the member profile of the man that advises me >>> https://www.property118.com/member/?id=452

Mark is right, we have UK clients with Australian Property and there are some funny rules unless you are an Australian citizen.
