The closing date to become a founder member of The GOOD Landlords Campaign is fast approaching.

It doesn’t matter whether you have one property or you are a full time landlord, we welcome anybody who believes in sharing best practice in the UK Private Rented Sector. That includes letting agents and other associated property professionals.

We would also like to take this opportunity to ask for your feedback on the changes we have made to the Property118 website which include:-

At the top of each page you will now see our scrolling navigation bar. When you hover over this you should see dropdown sections.

Below our Navigation bar you will see four new boxes. These can be collapsed by clicking on the X just below them in the centre of the screen if you want more reading space. These boxes also scroll with our Navigation Bar.

Our Home Page is now our Latest News headlines.

We have replaced our old Latest News button and the dropdown menu’s for Recent Comments etc. with a new “Forum” style page. The left side shows the articles most recently commented on at the top of the page.

To the right of each page we now display the most discussed articles over the last 30 days.

We are trialling a new comments section.

At the bottom of each page we have created boxes which link to our most popular recommended services and other websites with a similar philosophy to our, i.e. offering recommendations, free services and information to the UK Private Rented Sector in order to share best practice.

Your feedback will be very much appreciated and as well as an opportunity to test the new commenting system.
