World Cup Sweepstake
Property118 sponsor Adam Hosker of Bespoke Finance has put together a fun World Cup Sweepstake.
It’s free to enter and there is a prize if your team, randomly selected, wins the world cup.
I’ve had a go and got Argentina so I’m quite happy about that 🙂

It seems Property118 demographic is Football Fans!
Over 32 teams have been taken within space of 4 Hours and 15 minutes!
In good spirit and with special thanks to the Property118 Team we have now increased the the entry limit from 32 to 64! In order to enable further World Cup Fans with the chance of winning; same terms and same prizes!
Put simply; the first 32 are in competition with each other. The next 32 are in competition with each other (and not the first 32).
@Neil Patterson – totally random i swear! .. Sour grapes over your 125-1 odds of winning with Ecuador?
P.S. 3 landlords after the 32 limit reached received email saying “No Team”. You have all been re-submitted with a random Team chosen (and emailed to you). No missed opportunities !!

We only sent this out to a few thousand people, i.e. our forum members.
At the weekend we send a newsletter to nearly 200,000 subscribers. Most of these are landlords and/or letting agents and other professional advisers to the sector, e.g accountants, solicitors etc. Do you want me to put this article into the Newsletter or will it be too late? Sorry, I’m not a football fan so I have no idea how it all works but nevertheless I will become a patriotic armchair expert, as we all do, when England are playing.
If it’s not too late by the weekend for new people to enter then I suspect you may need to run more than a dozen simultaneous competitions in order to please everybody.
The advantage to you will, of course, be that you will have a nice database of Property118 landlords to offer your mortgage broking service to.

Well I’m still in with a chance with Argentina but I don’t really fancy my chances are too good after watching the way Germany played earlier this week vs the Holland Argentina match last night.
Good luck to the 8 remaining sweepstake players and especially the other three of us who got Argentina – I think we might need lady luck on our side!
