What’s good and which ones to avoid?
Rather than trawling through Google play store and reading countless reviews on apps that assist with midterm inspections, I thought it would be more beneficial to learn about them first hand from other landlords and property managers who may have experiences with them.
I guess what I’m looking for is an app that can capture all the necessary information when inspecting a rental property. I’m a keen believer that if you can make the task easier then you don’t mind doing it.
The app that would be suitable would prompt me to check all manner of items that will achieve compliance i.e. gas safety, electrical installation, HHSRS, legionnaires, etc. It would also be beneficial if you can take photos of any identified items during the inspection.
Once done, I’d like the app to put it in a reported format that can be accessed from a dashboard/website.
Oh yes and as with anything else nowadays, the app needs to be good value for money.
Any info would be greatly appreciated.
