Pictures like this have been going viral on Facebook so I decided to create one of my own.

I think we should keep this theme going every day so that more landlords get the message and share it with others.

It only took me a few minutes to create these pictures so I’m very happy to make another one every day and share it on Facebook.

Why not give this some thought and post your suggestions in the comments section below. If I like it I will create it, post it and we can see whether it goes viral.

Good luck!

PS – please remember to share this article on Facebook too.

    Hi Senior Mrs L,

Your words are always welcome here, and certainly didn’t want anyone to refrain from posting any reply, but if I could save anyone from wasting time on an eloquent reply to one who can, but won’t learn, then all to the good.

Even if he reads the replies (doubtful) he will still be none the wiser. Just far better informed!

“His many tenants will be seriously inconvenienced and he has been obliged to leave the country to avoid bankruptcy.”

Reading his posting on his new venture, he will be far better off, and thanking Gideot in an ironic way. Not only will his tenants lose, but so will HMT, and perhaps some others will follow the lead, pity for ukplc.

I hope those properties are offered here with good tenants in situ in case anyone is able to take them on, good tenants are very welcome ‘farmed people’.

This also shows the crass conclusions that could be inferred from the statistics. Net migration 350,000. So we need homes for an extra 350,000? Really, no.

Those emigrating are not relinquishing the homes those immigrating seek. Plus 650,000 in, minus 350,000out does NOT equate to 300,000. And it does not redress the imbalance being created for rental homes over FTB homes. Most exiting are home owners, immigrants usually wish to rent. (But Paul and buddies on HPC will claim they WANT to buy. Yea, right……….)
