The Telegraph wants to speak to landlords about EPC ratings

Are you a landlord who has spent money upgrading their properties to an EPC C rating? Then, Alexa Phillips, the personal finance reporter for the Telegraph would like to speak with you.

Alexa would also like to speak to landlords who have sold properties because they were concerned about looming EPC targets.

Why dont they scrap the s24 tax nonsense... that's an IMMEDIATE problem ...hence why i am selling for the first time in 25 years... .had to kick the lovely decent tenants who wanted to pay me an extra £500 pcm to stay ... just due to this !!...and only this. ...forget rules in 5 years ..what about this ridiculous taxation rules that's happening NOW!?!??.

Just sold a rental cained off the taxman for capital gains, been in this game for best part of 25 years and never seen such a shambles of policies given out by a Conservative party, this is the party of the business person total rubbish, don't jump for joy we have liebor next.
