Now the kids are back to school, and the summer holidays are officially over despite the heatwave this week, it’s time to refocus on your property investing to make the most of the remaining part of 2023.

There have been a lot of changes in the property market over the past nine months, so it’s important to keep up to date with what is happening to make sure you are ready to take full advantage of any opportunities as they arise.

One of the best ways to do this is to attend the big property investing exhibitions that happen at Excel in Docklands, London twice a year. Listening to the various seminar speakers is a fantastic way to get up to speed with what going on in just one day.

The only problem is, that this involves time and the cost of travelling to London which is why myself and some of the other top experts in the UK run a virtual property exhibition a few times a year, so that you get all of the same valuable content, online from the comfort of your own home, or office without any of the travelling time, or cost.

Reserve your place here

I want to give you plenty of notice that the last Virtual Property Exhibition for 2023 will be on Friday 29th September from 9.30am to 5pm. A full day of online property market updates and training at no cost, you just need to reserve your place

There will be 9 industry experts sharing with you exactly what is happening in the property market what to avoid and what are the opportunities.

Some of the topics being covered during this live online training include:

  • The Guaranteed Way to Find Deals in the Current Market
  • Property Developing in Today’s Market
  • What Could Be The Perfect New Property Business?
  • How to Gain a Competitive Advantage in the Falling Property Market
  • Survive and Thrive: How to Come Out Winning in Today’s Property Market
  • Apart hotels: Convert Guest Houses, B&Bs & Hotels To Future Proof Your SA From Legislation
  • Finance Update: A Mortgage Market in Transition

Each expert will be with you for 45 minutes with time for questions, starting at 9:30 and running to 5pm. There will be a break for lunch, and you can dip in and out of each presentation at will, or watch them all for a full market update which I personally recommend.
