Good Morning Tom and Happy New Year
Sorry to take so long to get back to you but as Neil very kindly explained I have been in a very rural area of Russia for the last 10 days visiting my wife's side of the family, hence very limited internet access.
Sorry about the confusion caused by the reference to "one to one", I have no problem consulting with couples, business partnerships and small groups.
The service I am offering is a bespoke consultation.
I look forward to hearing from you.
Hi Mark. Just wanted to thank you for your time yesterday. It is always great to have someone with more experience to review your own strategy and goals, keeps you focused, and accountable for the things you say you are going to do. Mark's contacts and insight are invaluable, and I came away with a very clear direction on what I need to do over the coming months. I can not recommend spending some time with Mark, highly enough.

Thanks Jonathan, I am very excited for you with regards to your future plans. I look forward to discussing your progress and the next stage of your property journey when we meet again in 6 months time.
You have already achieved superb results from the connections you have made and from the relationships you have built in respect of managing your HMO portfolio and property developments. It is reassuring for me to know that despite this you feel that you got sufficient value out of our meeting to be looking forward to the next one 🙂
My telephone conversations with Mark were extremely beneficial and an eye opener. It is very rare to find someone with real life life experience of making business gains from investments in property and also the ability to communicate strategies succinctly.
My whole perception about investing in property has changed as a result of just one hour with Mark. It's made me realise that it's not just about being a portfolio landlord with multiple properties and treating tenants well but also about having a business perspective on every investment and knowing what deals to buy and sell, having a formula for speculation and a strategy for holding on to properties for long term investment and income.
I would recommend Mark to anyone who needs a mentor and solid fact based advice.

Thank you for your wonderful testimonial Faisal, it was an absolute pleasure to able to add value to your strategy and share some different ways of looking at things during our discussion. The information you sent regarding your portfolio in advance of our consultation proved to be extremely useful to be able to focus on the key issues and opportunities for you to consider. I very much look forward to helping you to progress your now revised plans and look forward to the day we eventually meet up 🙂
Hi Mark, I really enjoyed our meeting today and your advice was extremely beneficial. As a newcomer to the industry I have been a little unsure on how to expand without taking undue risk; After our meeting I had a clear strategy to start and progress my portfolio. The consultation was nice and relaxed, I will certainly be looking to book again in 6 months time to review progress.
Mark took the time to read through my circumstances and prepare a detailed response to my questions. I was able to focus my future property investments based on the back of his advice with a plausible exit strategy. As my portfolio grows, there will be a need to consistently seek further advice at each milestone and I believe Mark is the man to turn to in such situations. I admire his patience and practical approach to the profession, it was well worth the investment. I look forward to consulting Mark again going forward.
All the best,
I have had a consultation with Mark recently and after two years of anxiety, worrying about the viability of a substantial 20 year old business, I am completely relieved after receiving his guidance. After taking advice from other professionals, I was left with the thought I had no option but to sell up as the new tax rules would make my business inoperable. To have to call 'time' on a business I have put so much time and effort into, and enjoy hugely, would have been heartbreaking. I am delighted to discover there are completely legitimate options open to me (which I was unaware of, despite seeking advice from other resources) to protect my portfolio and keep it solvent for the foreseeable future. I am also benefiting from referrals he has given me regarding legal restructuring of my business. Without a doubt, the consultation I had with him is the most valuable I have ever had. Thank you Mark!
I used Mark for advice on minimising my tax liability and the best way to structure future additions to my property portfolio. Very happy with the service offered, would highly reccomend.
Mark, thank you very much for your thorough, considered and clear consultation. That was definitely money well spent! And most of all, I appreciate the straightforward and uncomplicated way you set out my numerous options.
