Sorry to take so long to get back to you but as Neil very kindly explained I have been in a very rural area of Russia for the last 10 days visiting my wife's side of the family, hence very limited internet access.

Sorry about the confusion caused by the reference to "one to one", I have no problem consulting with couples, business partnerships and small groups.

Hi Mark. Just wanted to thank you for your time yesterday. My telephone conversations with Mark were extremely beneficial and an eye opener. It is very rare to find someone with real life life experience of making business gains from investments in property and also the ability to communicate strategies succinctly.

My whole perception about investing in property has changed as a result of just one hour with Mark. It's made me realise that it's not just about being a portfolio landlord with multiple properties and treating tenants well but also about having a business perspective on every investment and knowing what deals to buy and sell, having a formula for speculation and a strategy for holding on to properties for long term investment and income.

I would recommend Mark to anyone who needs a mentor and solid fact based advice.

Hi Mark, I really enjoyed our meeting today and your advice was extremely beneficial. As a newcomer to the industry I have been a little unsure on how to expand without taking undue risk; After our meeting I had a clear strategy to start and progress my portfolio. The consultation was nice and relaxed, I will certainly be looking to book again in 6 months time to review progress.

Mark took the time to read through my circumstances and prepare a detailed response to my questions. I was able to focus my future property investments based on the back of his advice with a plausible exit strategy. As my portfolio grows, there will be a need to consistently seek further advice at each milestone and I believe Mark is the man to turn to in such situations. I have had a consultation with Mark recently and after two years of anxiety, worrying about the viability of a substantial 20 year old business, I am completely relieved after receiving his guidance.
