I, for one, welcome this new initiative. Whilst the phrase "None of us knows as much as all of us" is true. I also believe that few of us know as much as Mark does.
His experience in numerous spheres of Property Investment is too precious to keep to himself. I hope this is a major success.
Mark, I do have one question. I know that the phrase "One to one" is self explanatory. However, I am in a partnership with my brother for Property Investment purposes. If we were both to attend one of your four hour sessions what would be the cost?

I'm sure the new venture will be good news for many Landlords. I must say that I have found '118' extremely helpful and a mine of information. I always value your advise and comments and I aso like that when you don't know the answer to a particular problem you clearly say so !

As a professional landlord and letting agent for the past 25 years, one always wonders what the rest are doing and if you can "learn and lean" your activities,of course the introduction of the www has helped, but since the launch of this very comprehensive 118 resource one doesn't have to look much further for adviser guidance or support.
