Short Term Loans:

Designed to assist in purchasing or refinancing property quickly, whether you are looking to add value with light refurbishments, raise finance to purchase another property or replace existing finance pending sale.

  • From 0.59% per month for standard short term loans
  • From 0.69% per month for refurbishments
  • Up to 24 month term with no minimum term, early redemption charges or overrun penalties
  • 1.95% arrangement fee

Specialist Buy To Let:

Buy to Let products available on a number of different property types including simple single investment properties, portfolios, multiple units and HMO/Student lets. Lending is available to private individuals, limited companies (trading or SPV), offshore ltd companies, Trusts, SSIPs and Expats.

  • Rates from 2.99% above 3 month LIBOR
  • Arrangement fee’s from 1.25%
  • Loans from £50k to £15m
  • Interest only options ranging from 3 to 30 years
  • Up to 75% LTV

Commercial Investments:

Finance is available on a range of commercial and semi-commercial properties and can be on 3, 5, or 10 year interest only basis, part capital repayment or full capital repayment facilities with terms from 3 to 30 years.

  • Loans from £75k to £15m
  • Pricing from 4.75% above 3 month LIBOR
  • Up to 75% LTV
  • 1.50% arrangement fee

Trading Businesses:

Loans for purchasing or refinancing of existing or new business premises for trading businesses across a wide ranging types of commercial units including owner-occupied pubs up to 65% LTV. Available on 10 to 20 year terms on either a full capital or part capital repayment.

  • Pricing from 4.90% above 3 month LIBOR
  • Loans from £150k to £2.5m
  • Up to 75% LTV
  • 1.50% arrangement fee

Regulated Bridging :

To assist with Chain breaks, Down sizing, Auction purchases and light refurbishment.

  • Loans from £50k to £2.5m
  • From 0.59% per month for standard bridging
  • From 0.65% per month for bridging with refurbishments
  • Up to 12 month term – no minimum term, no minimum interest
  • Up to 70% LTV
  • 1.95% arrangement fee
