Belated congratulations to Paul Routledge and the rest of the South Somerset Landlords team - I only wish we could have achieved this in Croydon. This is exactly what is needed - not an arbitrary licensing scheme, but proper effective training, accreditation and recognition of "good" landlords. Training and awareness will drive up standards within the PRS, whereas simply paying over the odds for a piece of paper with "licence" written on it won't.
