Shawbrook have announced the decision to re-price the “Large Loan” products with a 0.50% decrease across the board.
Large Loans on residential and commercial investments start at £750,000 up to £10,000,000. Maximum Loan to Value is 75% on residential and 70% on commercial.
The revised Large Loan pricing:
Single dwelling and portfolios
• Now 3.70% up to 65% LTV
• Now 3.90% up to 75% LTV
HMOs/ Student lets
• Now 3.80% up to 65% LTV
• Now 3.99% up to 75% LTV
• Now 5.85% up to 65% LTV
• Now 4.80% up to 65% LTV
• Now 4.95% up to 70% LTV
Some key points across the Large Loan product range
– 10 year interest only option available
– Bespoke amortisation
– Option to include outside income on low – yielding assets
– Personal Guarantees are required as standard but may be limited for strong transactions
