Ripped Off By A Mortgage Lender?
Property118 Action Group is organising a FREE TO ATTEND conference for anybody who has been ripped off by a mortgage lender.
Mark Smith, Head of Chambers at Cotswold Barristers will be explaining how Property118 Action Group managed to reclaim £27,500,000 of overpaid tracker mortgage rate interest, plus legal costs and compensation, from West Bromwich Mortgage Company and ALSO our strategies to deal with similar cases against Bank of Ireland, Skipton Building Society and Manchester Building Society.
Anybody who feels they have been ripped off by a mortgage lender is invited to attend.
We are also seeking as many volunteers as possible to help with manning our exhibition stand, handing out leaflets, signing up new members etc.
HUGE PUBLICITY STUNT
We are going to use this event as a huge publicity stunt. We expect hundreds of landlords (possibly thousands) to attend. We will be handing out FREE, bright orange, campaign T-Shirts for our helpers to wear on the day.
The event and presentation will be held on Saturday 8th October 2016 in conjunction with the Property Investor & Landlords Exhibition at the ExCel conference centre London. We are hoping to get pictures of hundreds of people wearing our orange campaign T-Shirts. We will of course be inviting as many media contacts as possible.
All attendees will be encouraged to share the event and their pictures and before, during and after the event on Social Media.
Student Photo Journalism Competition
To ensure we have good press coverage we will also be running a competition for students taking Photo Journalism Degrees. The prize for the best picture will be £250. Students will also be encouraged to promote their pictures to media groups that may wish to write articles about the event.
