PureLocation.com – Useful for online due diligence for landlords?

I’m looking for a few experienced landlords to write a review in the comments section below based on whether they think PureLocation.com could be useful for online due diligence for landlords.
I’m overseas this week lapping up some sunshine and R&R, otherwise I would do it myself. I will of course take a closer look and comment myself when I return next week.

I think PureLocation.com could be a useful tool for letting a property it does not give any misleading information just facts that would support a landlords claims about the desirability of any particular area.
I had not heard of the site before but will certainly use it to add to my next vacancy ie Low Crime area Average rents in area etc.
