I have a massive Capital Gain on a buy-to-let house I have owned for 12 years. I have heard that Equity Release for buy-to-lets may be coming in next year. This could save my problem.
Does anyone know if this is true and going to happen.

It is already available Tony, drop me an email with your contact details to [email protected] and I will happily forward it to the lender operating the scheme. NOTE – I am not a financial advisor so all I can do is pass on your enquiry and from there it’s up to you.
