NPG offer money back deal

Property management company The National Property Group (NPG) have announced they will refund any management fees after six months if the landlord isn’t entirely happy with their service.

The portfolio specialist believes they have a service that will fit buy to let landlords so well that they are comfortable offering what they call a ‘no quibble guarantee’. The offer is available to only those landlords using NPG to manage five or more properties.

They believe that the level of service they now offer will surpass even the most demanding landlord’s expectations, so much so that they are sufficiently confident to be able to offer their money back guarantee.

NPG has taken on the management of an additional 100 properties a month in the last year along with a total of 20 staff including field based Property Managers.
