Malcolm Ingham of Saffron Walden Essex
I have been a landlord since 1988. I believe in keeping up to date with all regulations and for this I rely on input from several estate agents and property websites.
I also believe in providing good quality safe accommodation, treat my tenants with respect and respond very quickly to maintenance issues. What I expect in return is for the tenants to treat the properties with respect, for the rent to be paid on time, and for their obligations under the tenancy agreements to be observed and implemented.
I will consider pets and benefits tenants subject to guarantees. My properties are located in North Essex, Cambridgeshire and Bedfordshire. I have and prefer long term tenants, but not all of my tenants are long term.

Mr Malcolm
We have lived at your property for close to 4 years in Duxford village, all the time we lived there we found you warm and accommodating. You gave us overall responsibility for looking after the house as our own. No issues we encountered from yourself and if anything was needed to be attended too you responded promptly.
I will strongly recommend you to anyone who is looking for a place to rent in the areas you have properties. It was joy to leave in a house we could call our own.
Thank you
Mary Latham

Wow!
Tafadzwa Mugwagwa How lovely to see a tenant taking the time to say something nice about the landlord. We know that there are over 3M tenants living in privately rented homes in this country and that most of them are very happy and its really nice to hear from one of them for a change. Thank you you’ve made my day

Mary
I had a great time and the decision to leave was not easy because of having a place you truly call home regardless I was a tenant.
I guess for me I was excited to know there is such a forum one can show their appreciation to your landlord. We take things for granted a lot of times. I hope this initiative will spread and both tenants and landlords can interact in a more mature way.
Best wishes
Mary Latham

Looks like “The Good Landlords campaign” is starting to work as it should. Let’s just hope more landlords begin to get the message and get themselves a Good Landlords Profile page of their own. I reckon it’s the best one off £50 investment a landlord could make – but then I would say that wouldn’t I? More details here >>> https://www.property118.com/index.php/online-profiles-for-landlords/34364/
By the way – if you search any of the following Malcolm’s profile now comes up at the top of page one in a Google Search:-
Malcolm Ingham Landlord
Malcolm Ingham Property
Malcolm Ingham Saffron Walden
Malcom Ingham Good Landlord
Happy days 🙂
How much would it have cost Malcolm to get a website built with this functionality and SEO?

We recently rented a Saffron Walden property from Malcolm Ingham with our baby daughter. Malcolm was a very considerate landlord and responded very quickly to any maintenance issues which arose. I would not hesitate to return to one of his properties should we ever jump off the housing ladder and happily recommend him and his properties to others.
