I've just started a new letting agency business serving landlords in Tower Hamlets, East London. I'm offering a bespoke and highly personalised service to find great tenants for landlords in the local area covering postcodes E1, E2, E3 and E14.
I have set up the necessary client accounts to segregate my firm's money from all client money and I have Professional Indemnity Insurance too (it would shock you to learn how many small startup or online based agents don't have this insurance...they get confused by the Public Liability Insurance and think that it covers them against claims of negligence and poor standards or work...and it doesn't!).
My goal is to raise the general standard of lettings in Tower Hamlets through transparency of charges, ensuring the proper referencing and paperwork is in place to protect both landlord AND tenant and to offer the best advice possible gleaned from over 15 years of personal experience in letting property as an investor/landlord.
