Liverpool Landlord Licensing Competition

Liverpool landlord Licensing is a deeply flawed process. I have exposed not only data breaches, but a breach in the 2015 de regulation act. The co regulators who are supposed to represent Landlords have so far defended the council on their now defunct anti social behaviour clause. competition

The co regulators still purport to represent landlords, but let us give them the opportunity to fight this nonsense and come out in the Landlords corner.

To that end I have devised a competition.

Apart from the flaws I have already exposed and apart from the latest issues/conditions being investigated by the ICO, I would challenge the co regulators to explain to all Liverpool landlords the nature of further flaws in this process. I state clearly that the process is still fatally flawed, however I do not at this juncture intend to disclose the nature of the illegality. This is because I want the co regulators to point out the flaws.

Come on rise to the challenge. Enter the competition and lets see how many flaws you come up with. Consultation with your council partners is allowed because we landlords want to see all flaws rectified and a legal process followed.

Over to you Co Regulators. Let the competition begin.

I think I’ve spotted a potentially major flaw, but am taking some advice.

Come on co-regulators dig deep, or will Mr. Sweeney have to bring them to your attention once again?

Have to say a massive thank you to Larry Sweeney for fronting the council on this ridiculous scheme, and i would love to hear off other Liverpool landlords to hear of their experiences so far with this farce, eg some have not even heard from the council, others have been asked to complete part 2 while others have only just been notified about part 1?

Can you Landlords please sign this & forward to all your contacts.
A small hope, we have to try anything & everything.
I’m sure we not get 10k signatures, but the more Licensing & Govt start to see these things, who knows.
