Hello, we have both landlord names on the AST and other paperwork which is all in order. But when you register as an “Individual” on the Possession Claims Online (PCOL) website, there’s no option to add a 2nd claimant, i.e., the other landlord. Therefore, on the court application, there’s only one landlord named.
The judge said he would have to adjourn the case (1 more month of no rent!) as there was only one name on the application, but there are joint landlords on the AST etc.
How can that be correct?
Thanks,
Alan

It is completely wrong. Imho The judge is mistaken in this case. . This should be no obstacle to proceeding with your hearing.
Count court judges can make mistakes.
