National Property Group is a property management company owned by two landlords who between us own over 180 residential properties all over the UK.

We’ve experienced just about everything to do with owning and managing rental properties. We’ve used Letting Agents and managed them ourselves. We’ve outsourced maintenance and employed our own people. We’ve let to private tenants and to those claiming housing benefit.

We’ve made a few mistakes along the way but we’ve also learned pretty much everything there is to know about property management and how to make as much money as possible from our portfolios. We decided that not only does it make sense to share our knowledge and resources between ourselves, but to offer it to other property landlords as well.

We pride ourselves in having tenants who on average stay in excess of 4 years – more than twice the industry average. This is because we look after our tenants with 24/7/365 repair hotines, Customer Clubs, low cost insurance.
