Fiona Macaskill of UWE Houses in Bristol has been a landlord since 1996.
Specialising in quality, eco student accommodation, many of our rooms have en suites and all bedrooms have internet and TV points. Most of my 40 houses are in the Fishponds area of Bristol but I also have houses in Redland, Cotham & Montpelier. I work closely with UWE and have a good relationships with them. All my houses are accredited with Bristol City Council. I am also accredited by NLA & I have been awarded South West Regional Property Woman of the year three years running + Green Property Woman of the Year in 2010. UWE houses has a permanent, full time team of staff to provide and maintain top quality housing.
