Form N5b questions
Can form N5b be submitted online or does it have to be posted/hand delivered? Do you just state “County court” on top right of page 1 or name the specific court?![]()
How do you decide or know which court to use?
First one I’ve had to do, so any advice is appreciated.
Many thanks
Rob

having had a landlord just do one she submitted it to her local court but it got returned and they said it had to be submitted to the court where the actual property was.

Thanks for your response Mark, it’s appreciated. Think i’ve got to grips with the process now, in terms of the notice and N5b submission, but time will tell whether i’m on the right track or still got a lot to learn. Not too worried, either way it will be a learning curve and although it would probably be more sensible to just hand over to specialists, i like to understand processes and there is nothing like diving in at the deep end for that!!!
