Enforce a possession order how to evict?
If a tenant has been served a 14 day possession order to leave but you know they will not vacate can you escalate this to either the high court or directly to the bailiffs or do you have to wait for the 14 day period?![]()
If I used the escalated possession procedure section 21 notice does this have any impact and will the tenant pick up any of these eviction fees?
Many Thanks
Maxine

Hi Maxine,
It would be worth having a chat with our eviction professionals as well >> https://www.property118.com/tenant-eviction-2/

A thread was started on this subject last week, in which I’ve explained the process to apply to the high court https://www.property118.com/guarantor-not-paying-rent-bailiffs-backlogged/91790/#comment-82829.
To use the county court bailiffs, you need to apply using form n325 and paying a fee of £355.
