Eco 3 grant funding for boilers?

I recall some time ago before the smoke and mirrors of the green homes grant which seems to collapse around the government’s bureaucracy, that grants were already available by energy company obligation and local authority funding.

Just wondering if anyone has anyone still been able to access these for boiler replacements for tenants, especially those on HB or UC and maybe struggling? Do they still exist?

I do recall some previous discussions on the forum from surveyors undertaking such work, but can not seem to locate the article.

Adverts on social media seem 2 a penny but are linked in small print to homeowners and a second measure such as underfloor insulation.

This is surely missing the point of tackling fuel poverty when those most in need and struggling to pay utility costs are likely to be in the rented sector.
