The Dream City unless you have a HMO

The Dream City unless you have a HMO

I want to buy in Milton Keynes it’s a great city. I want to give back to my home (concrete cows and roundabout it may be) and make a profit here.dream

How big bad and ugly is the Planning Department? I know 3 storey conversions are pretty much out of the question, but how about 2 storeys?

Any pitfalls or advice?
Any no go areas or GO GO GO areas?
Any insights to share?
Any networking meetings?

I realise that though I am a landlord of two single lets I am missing some fundamentals on the process of implementation and knowledge which I realise comes from experience, but if I can learn from others mistakes hopefully I can make some good friends along the way.

Just feeling a tad overwhelmed by all the information but putting on a brave face and raring to go.

Many thanks

Tam
