The title of this article may have caught your attention, just as the original video on YouTube did for us.
Intrigued, we couldn’t resist giving it a watch—and we’re glad we did! After all, it’s not every day we come across content so insightful that it warrants sharing with our community.
We don’t typically share videos created by individuals outside our network, but this one truly stood out. It’s an exception to our usual approach, and we’re confident you’ll see why once you watch it below.
Hopefully, the creator of this video will come across this article and appreciate the additional views generated from our recommendation.
Situations like the one highlighted in the video are a good reminder to be prepared. If you’d like to keep a Deed of Surrender (a tenancy surrender agreement template) on file, we’ve made it easy for you to access. You can download a template by completing the form below.
We kindly request a small donation of £5 per download to help subsidise the running costs of Property118.
Even if you don’t need the template right now, it’s worth having it at your fingertips for future use. After all, if you wait until the need arises, you might find it tricky to track down this article again. So why not take a moment to download it now?
Your contribution helps us continue providing valuable resources, and for just £5, you’ll gain peace of mind knowing you’re prepared—should the need arise.
Thank you for supporting Property118.

Don’t know if it’s just me but the sound on this video is just a recording of Beethoven’s Moonlight Sonata – can you please fix!

Am I missing something ! Why wait until he comes out of prison to sign the surrender form ?
Surely you need the property back so you can relet it or the arrears will just be mounting up and absolutely no guarantee he will pay them !!
