Hi John
Sorry. I used you in the wrong context. I meant those that had in their replies. Not sure why Will has either.

Under “Am I Eigible?” This still hasn’t changed despite the confusion on the matter. https://www.british-business-bank.co.uk/ourpartners/coronavirus-business-interruption-loan-schemes/bounce-back-loans/faqs-for-small-businesses/#f2

Well it looks like it’s been definitively clarified now. You do qualify. But don’t waste your time with Santander.

Our bank manager (Lloyd’s) sent us the link to get the loan and it was in our account within days. Very few questions on their claim form, but you must have your main account with them.

Well it’s been over two months now since my bounceback loan application with HSBC. Very little feedback during this time. Loan still being assessed with HSBC. My credit rating is 999.
This thread has gone silent now. Is anyone else having this problem?

Whether a BTL landlord qualifies for a BBL is a grey area. But, you are only allowed one BBL, and that’s certainly not a grey area.
