CCJ notice of judgement obtained online – Now whats next ?
I have recently sought a CCJ via the ‘ My money online’ service. The Defendant did not respond with any defence etc within the time allowed so after allowing another two weeks I asked (online) for a judgement by the County Court Business Centre.
I have now received their reply i.e : Notice of judgement entered. The amount claimed was just under £2,000.
My question / request for guidence is, what is the best way forward from here ? I have read a bit about the County Court bailiffs and the HCEO’s .
Do I still have both options as I have gone ‘online’ with this claim ? And if so which is really best ?
Thanks in advance,
Mike![]()

Hi Mike,
We have a page that contains a guide to enforcing judgements under the legal tab which I hope helps 🙂
