I have just voted.
As I know how valuable you are, at the moment doing two difficult cases for me, joint tenancies for UC.

I don't know how u do it. From what I see, UC is not improving at all. The Complaints process are the thickest people on the planet. You couldn't get what they got wrong if u tried.

They don't even ring u before sending letter out to just check if they have it right.
They say Mick you are being paid for Jodie cause that's what the call centre says.

Ha ha NOT I AM RUDDY NOT. I can tell u what is going wrong & I can even tell you how to correct it if u ruddy listen & pick up the phone & ring me AAAHhhh….. I'm too old for this crap.
