Brighton Landlord Expo – Meet fellow Property118 Readers

PrintFREE ENTRANCE

On 29th June the Brighton Landlord Expo hosted by Association Residential Letting Agents (ARLA) will deliver a programme full of legislative updates, key topics concerning Landlords and Agents.

This is an excellent opportunity to meet fellow Property118 members. Lesley Lindsay, a Founder Member of Property118 Action Group, has very kindly agreed to represent us at the expo. You will find her on the ARLA stand handing out leaflets for Property118 Action Group and hopefully signing up lots of new members and talking to agents about the benefits of forming a Strategic Alliance.

The aim of the Expo is to improve the private rented sector by helping Landlords and Letting Agents stay up to date with all the changes in current legislation such as Section 21, Right to Rent Changes and much more.

Key highlights are:

  • Can you afford to be a Landlord with current tax changes? – Are the changes effecting you? Attend this seminar to ensure you are up to date with all the current changes.
  • Brighton City Council – HMO standards and advice for landlords on licensing
  • Landlord and Lettings Legislation –  Forthcoming legislative changes in the Private Rented Sector

Attending this event will keep you up-to-date with government changes and best practice – keeping you ahead of the competition.

Entrance is FREE OF CHARGE.

Remember to look out for the Property118 Action Group banners on the ARLA stand to introduce yourself to Jenny.
