Would you believe in tax benefits for landlords post Brexit? Brexit Tax Dividend for Landlords

On Monday the BBC indicated the Chancellor has threatened EU countries that once we have left their controls we will offer companies a low tax regime to be based in the UK. Could this mean a new beneficial tax changes for landlords?

Are we going to preserve our financial industries by moving to a former Manx type economy?

You can bet that if tax rates were lowered landlords would be excluded.

The reasoning behind the attacks on landlords is plainly to artifically create a market for large corporated bodies to build rented housing that the government used to build i.e. private council houses.
Being incorporated may actually mean private small landlords could equally benefit form the rules that apply to any corporation be it worth £100k or £100m.
Cheaper corporation tax for us all?

I've spent a bit of time seeing how I can buy into a piece of the 'build-to-let' sector but so far found it perplexing. It'd be sensible to diversify but the 'if you can't beat them, join them' mantra is tricky in practice in this regard.
