Hi Mark thanks for posting the summary. Still grim in construction then, so not much confidence in the industry about a recovery in property prices presumably – no surprise!
They seem at pains to point out the inflation is commodity-driven not wages-driven so hopefully there won’t be a May rise after all.

I find these extremely useful, particularly as a gauge against the likely future for interest rates. Hopefully the slowing in consumer confidence will ease pressure for a rate rise until Q4 this year.
