Sorry my comment was not clear. Cannot the rectification state that the correct rating is x from the original date and not from the date of rectification? That is the whole point of rectification as a remedy.

Please confirm the HHSRS is done by the Local authority, and not the Landlord. As far as I know, Lambeth have not done one. They inspected, issued the Licence with conditions.
