Landlord with 10 + properties, all in Scotland.
Buoyant market over the last 20 years with the usual problems, challenges with scampering tenants, void months, red tape, Covid and interest rates.
Like to follow what goes on here. But wish there was areas which will separate the English / Scottish laws by identifying them foe example" E "or " S ".
