I still find their helpline of use eg I recently had an abandonment. It's a fully deductible expense, 10% BQ discount and in the general scheme of property investing, it doesn't cost much so....??
Your situation is not unique. With all-ensuite, you will probably have to accept it. Did you add any clause to the tenants contract - if this happened?
