Oh the irony. Because of the ineptitude of the NRLA is why this business is in the state it is. Government marches ahead with no plausible opposition. The NRLA has no voice no media presence and has become pointless. Time...
Most of this could have been avoided if we had a strong Association that spoke for landlords and a voice . They are totally ignored by government and have become pointless at any level of lobbying. No media profile, let...
What exactly is the point of the NRLA, failed to have any impact on the RRB , completely silent on Selective Licensing as it creeps across the country. Time for a change, an Organisation that has a voice and won't...
" The NRLA has extensively campaigned to restore the Local Housing Allowance (LHA) rates to the 30th percentile of local market rents" Really????? Must have missed that. Just another indicator that they are completely ineffective.
This industry is the only one with no government representation leaving it at the whims of ministers with little knowledge of the consequences of their policies. Until we change that the future is potentially bleak. We need to be as...
"We do not oppose the abolition of Section 21" No members were consulted, the NRLA just decided on this. They do nore for Generation Rent than landlords.
The NRLA does not represent professional landlords. One just has to look at the state of the industry to see how little they have done. Government does not listen to them, Shelter/Generation Rent has far more publicity than the NRLA....
Who actually agreed for the NRLA to not object against the abolition of Section 21? No landlord I know that's for sure. Another example of just how out of touch the NRLA is with professional landlords, maybe they should be...

So, despite members wished the NRLA has decided to support Section 21 abolition. Just how distanced from your membership can you become, Pointless organisation.
yet another example that the NRLA have lost the plot. Interestingly if you criticise them on social media they block you, speaks volumes. They do not represent professional landlords and have become completely ineffective. Time for an association with balls.
Gt Yarmouth imposed selective licensing in part of its Borough three years ago. Even after their consultation which had massive opposition to the scheme. This same Council has just been criticised for failing to maintain its own housing stock. I...
I know I'm starting to sound like an old record but, what is the point of the NRLA? Time and time again landlords have been hammered , and because we have no voice and no representation we will continue to...
Seems to me to be a done deal. They have announced the date when they will form and the process of how it will be run. They appear to be assuming the vote will be in their favour. I wonder,...
The NLA supports Selective licensing at a huge cost to landlords and lost many members in my area. The RLA was firmly against it. In my view the NLA does not support landlords and I see this amalgamation as not...

Another example of the NRLA losing the plot, more representation for tenants than landlords. Poetless association that has clearly lost its way.
